Equipped with a CUBE
the Quooker tap provides
filtered, chilled and sparkling water
alongside 100°C boiling,
cold and hot water.
All from one tap.
The Quooker Tap and it’s new function makes life in the kitchen even easier. It saves you time and space, it means you no longer need to use plastic bottles and it is completely safe. To dispense sparkling water, press and turn at the same time. The illuminated ring that turns red to indicate boiling water now flashes blue: sparkling water comes out of the tap. And if you hold down the button for slightly longer and then turn it, you get filtered water. So it’s impossible to dispense boiling water when you want sparkling water.

Your Questions Answered!!!
Boiling water, straight from the tap. Is that safe?
A sophisticated safety system ensures that a Quooker will never automatically dispense boiling water. You first have to press the handle twice and then turn it. It is only then that boiling water flows from the tap. This system has been extensively tested. The complex press-turn movement means that the risk of ‘accidentally’ turning the boiling-water tap on is very small. This helps to protect young, curious children. In addition, the button has a light ring that illuminates while the tap is on to warn the user: warning, I’m dispensing boiling water!
How does a Quooker work with CUBE?
The CUBE can be installed at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet next to the Quooker tank. It includes two filters that make the water just as pure as the bottled water you buy in the shop. The CUBE is attached to a CO2 cylinder that gives you 60 litres of sparkling water from your Quooker tap.
Can I adjust the strength of the sparkling water?
No, the strength of the sparkling water is not adjustable.
How should the CUBE be maintained?
Quooker recommends that you clean the fan once a year. In addition, you should replace the filters in the CUBE every year. The CUBE will start beeping and the CUBE light on the tank will flash to indicate that the filters need to be replaced.
Can the CUBE be integrated into a Quooker system that has already been installed?
The CUBE will work with any systems produced after October 2017. These taps have serial numbers beginning with QW1 or QW0. The tanks have serial numbers beginning with VCW or CCW.
How sustainable is the CUBE?
There is no more need for plastic bottles and you won’t have to throw away used bottles of water because they’ve been open for too long and have gone flat. With the CUBE, you dispense precisely the amount that you need at a given moment. And there is a saving for society too. It will no longer be necessary to transport plastic bottles by lorry.
How much electricity does the CUBE use?
The CUBE requires 230 V and has a wattage of 100 W. What if there is only one socket available? Then we recommend that you use the Quooker power switch.
How many litres of sparkling water does the CUBE produce?
The CUBE keeps 1,5 to 2 litres of sparkling water on hand at a temperature of 5 – 12 degrees.
How many litres of filtered chilled water does the CUBE produce?
The CUBE can dispense an unlimited amount of filtered water. The filtered water feed passes through the chilled sparkling water which in turn reduces the temperature of the filtered water by around 5 degrees as it is dispensed. The temperature of the filtered chilled water will therefore vary depending on the incoming water temperature and the amount of chilled sparkling water inside the CUBE tank. When emptied completely, it takes around 40 minutes for the 2 litres of sparkling water to fully cool down again.
How many litres of water can the filters process?
The filters in the CUBE can process around 6,000 litres of water. For hygienic reasons, the filters need replacing after 12 months.
Is it possible to use CO₂ cylinders from another brand?
Only CO₂ cylinders supplied by Quooker can be used in the CUBE. No other cylinders are compatible and they would void the warranty.
What should I do with the used CO₂ cylinders?
Used cylinders must be returned to Quooker and a free service is available to do this.
